The Biosfera Plaza Centre is situated on Calle Juan Carlos I over looking the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. The building is modern with large sails for shade on the top floors, there is parking below the building and the bus stop is right outside with a taxi rank next door. There is a good selection of shops, mainly clothes such as Zara, Pimkie, Crocs, Quiksilver, Oyosho, Natural Shop, Pull and Bear, Levi's. Not to mention the perfume shop, Calzados - a great shoe shop, sports clothes shop, Informatica - stationery and phone shop, amusement arcade and bars / restaurants for relaxing in and enjoying the panoramic sea views. The opening hours are from 10:00am to 22:00pm Monday to Saturday and reduced opening hours on a Sunday.

There are four floors of shops, amusements and restaurants in a modern shopping centre overlooking the old town of Puerto del Carmen. The first floor is at basement level, from the street you need to take the stairs down from the front entrance or walk in from the side entrance where the car park is. You can access all floors via lift, escalator or stairs. On this floor you will find: Natura Selection - Clothes, candles and household gifts. Fun Sun - Croc shoes in every colour and size.
